Initial Coaching Contract: $600 (Six Sessions)
After completing a consultation call and agreement to enter into contract, clients are required to commit to a three month initial coaching contract. This contract includes two one-to-one phone calls per month (approximately every two weeks) lasting approximately 45 minutes each. It also includes one email check-in between sessions. This initial contract is extremely important for establishing broad, overall objectives and formulating our coach-client agreement. Often, the first 1-3 sessions are spent digging into this part of the structure before true session coaching can begin. It is a non-negotiable time-frame, and is payable up front by credit card or check.
Coaching Maintenance Contract: Monthly $175 (Two Sessions), or Quarterly $450 (Six Sessions)
After the initial contract, clients are then switched to their maintenance contract where they are billed either monthly via credit card or quarterly on or around the 1st of the month when due. This contract includes two one-to-one phone calls per month (approximately every two weeks) lasting approximately 45 minutes each. It also includes on email check-in between sessions.
A la Carte: $150 (One Session)
If you are not a current client, and need one-time coaching services you will be billed at the time of service via credit card. You are allotted a single one-to-one session of approximately 45 minutes to explore an acute objective. There no email support with this option.
Coaching & Consultation Contract: $800 (Six Sessions)
This is a crossover of coaching, consulting, mentoring and more. An initial consultation call is required. This contract includes two one-to-one phone calls per month (approximately every two weeks) lasting approximately 60 minutes each. As with the initial coaching contract, it is likely the first 1-3 sessions will be spent laying the groundwork for an overall coach-client agreement. However, with this option the first 45 minutes are structured as a coaching session, and the last 15 minutes are open to advice, mentorship, and consultation as it relates to certain business topics with potentially assigned action items when applicable. Clients may opt to continue via a Coaching Maintenance Contract or a Coaching & Mentoring Maintenance Contract. No Current Openings at this time.
